The fixed cover plate and the stopping housing are buckled to forma box-shaped body with a cavity inside, two polyurethane slide block springs and two I-shape-like slide block fixing seats are symmetrically mounted in the inner cavity of the stopping housing, and the stopper pull rod penetrates the box-shaped body and two slide block fixing seats in the box-shaped body and is slidably matched with the two slide block fixing seats.
