The invention discloses a prefabricated reinforced concrete bottom plate assembly which comprises foot block plates matched with two side walls of a tunnel, separately, wherein a bottom block plate isembedded between the two foot block plates. Each foot block plate comprises a side supporting segment which is arranged in parallel to the two side walls of the tunnel and leans against the side walls and a bottom supporting segment which is arranged in parallel to the bottom of the tunnel. A joint bar in fit connection to an upper reinforcing mesh is arranged on the top of the side supporting segment, the top surface of the bottom supporting segment and the top surface of the bottom block plate share a surface, and the bottom block plate and the foot block plates are detachably connected through fasteners. The prefabricated reinforced concrete bottom plate assembly can improve the construction efficiency of tunnel lining effectively and guarantee the health of construction staff. The invention further discloses a city-gate hole-shaped tunnel lining process applying the prefabricated reinforced concrete bottom plate assembly.
