The method comprises the following steps in order: 1, paying off according to a support construction drawing; 2, driving a cast-in-place concrete-filled steel tube pile; 3, manufacturing a steel hoop mold; 4, hoisting the steelhoop mold and mounting the steep hoop mold to the pile, and screwing down split bolts; 5, laying main beam I-shaped steel one by one; 6, mounting secondary beam I-shaped steel, and firmly welding withthe main beam I-shaped steel; 7, sequentially laying battens and installing plywood; 8, pre-pressing, binding reinforcing steel bars, installing side molds, pouring and tamping concrete, and maintaining; 9, hooking out and hoisting the secondary beam I-shaped steel, hooking out and hoisting the main beam I-shaped steel, prying off a bottom mold, and fishing away; and 10, dismounting steel ropes,loosening the bolts, dismounting the hoop device, and performing acceptance check. A scaffold erecting problem of a shallow sea near-beach section can be solved, beam plate concrete pouring and tamping stability is effectively guaranteed, economic benefits and safety are improved, the material loss rate is reduced, and the green construction requirement is also met.
