The invention provides a mucky field in-situ curing device and a curing construction method. The curing device comprises a walking mechanism and a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical arm installed on the walking mechanism. The curing device also comprises a stirring mechanism, wherein the stirring mechanism comprises driving wheel mechanisms and a driving wheel driving mechanism, a first driven wheel mechanism, a transmission chain and a curing agent conveying mechanism; the first driven wheel mechanism is located below a driving wheel; the transmission chain is arranged around each driving wheel mechanism and the first driven wheel mechanism, and a plurality of groups of cutter assemblies are installed on the transmission chain at intervals; and a discharge hole of the curing agent conveying mechanism extends to the first driven wheel. The curing construction method comprises the steps of inserting the first driven wheel mechanism into a to-be-treated mucky field to the designated depth by adjusting the direction of the mechanical arm; starting the driving wheel driving structure so that the transmission chain drives the cutter assemblies to stir the mucky field; synchronously starting the curing agent conveying mechanism to synchronously convey a curing agent. The device and the method can rapidly form a working face and have the characteristics of low cost, economy, environmental protection and the like.
