Subway open-cut fabricated tunnel structure and assembly method thereof
The invention discloses a subway open-cut fabricated tunnel structure. The head end and the tail end of each tunnel structure are both arranged in a beveling shape, the tunnel structures are arrangedon foundation structures, and limiting walls are poured at the joints between the tunnel structures; preformed holes communicating with the upper end and the lower end of each tunnel mechanism are dugin the wall body at the beveling plane of the head end and the tail end of each tunnel structure; and a fixed steel structure is installed at the joint between the tunnel structures. The invention further discloses an assembly method of the subway open-cut assembly type tunnel, the method comprises the following steps that (1), pretreatment engineering is carried out, wherein the foundation structures, the tunnel structures and the fixed steel structures are poured and produced; (2), the tunnel structures are assembled, specifically the head ends and the tail ends of the tunnel structures arein butt joint in sequence; and (3), the fixed steel structures are assembled, specifically the fixed steel structures are fixed at the joints of the tunnel structures. The subway open-cut fabricatedtunnel structure has the beneficial effects that high assembling and splicing stability of the tunnel structures is guaranteed, and underground water infiltration or subsequent complete treatment after infiltration is prevented.
