The invention relates to the technical field of subways, and discloses an assembly type subway station structure and a construction method thereof. A first middle prefabricated part, a first lateral prefabricated part, a second middle prefabricated part, a second lateral prefabricated part, a prefabricated lower-layer middle column, a prefabricated middle longitudinal beam, a prefabricated upper-layer middle stand column and a prefabricated top longitudinal beam can be arranged as prefabricated parts; therefore, the production quality is higher than that of cast-in-place components, the construction efficiency of prefabricated components capable of being assembled on site is higher, and on-site constructors can be reduced. Secondly, compared with a traditional assembly type subway station structure, the cast-in-place bottom longitudinal beams, the prefabricated lower-layer middle columns, the prefabricated middle longitudinal beams, the prefabricated upper-layer middle columns and the prefabricated top longitudinal beams are arranged, so that stress among the bottom-layer assembly, the middle-layer assembly and the top-layer assembly can be shared; therefore, the sizes of structural members of the bottom-layer assembly, the middle-layer assembly and the top-layer assembly are reduced, the size of an overall outer frame of the structure is reduced, and smaller underground space is occupied.
