Prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall and construction method
The invention discloses a prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall and a construction method. The prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall comprises a concrete wall body, wherein an edge member is arranged at one side of the concrete wall body, horizontal protruding longitudinal bars are arranged at the other side of the concrete wall body, vertical protruding longitudinal bars are arranged at the two sides of the concrete wall body, and steel beam adapting pieces are arranged at the two ends of the edge member. The construction method comprises the steps of 1, suspending the prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls at the same layer to a specified position; 2, bundling up stirrups and longitudinal bars in a horizontal connecting area to obtain a lower-layer shear wall framework; 3, suspending two prefabricated reinforced concrete shear walls at the upper layer; 4, arranging hidden beam reinforcing steel bars and hidden beam longitudinal bars in a vertical connecting area;5, connecting and fixing the steel beam adapting pieces which are adjacent up and down, arranging longitudinal bar connectors among embedded column longitudinal bars, making the stirrups penetrate through stirrup holes; 6, setting up a concrete pouring formwork; and 7, conducting concrete pouring and forming to obtain a wall body of the current layer. The prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall simultaneously has the advantages of low construction cost, convenience in connection and good fireproof performance.
本发明公开了一种预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙及施工方法,包括混凝土墙体,混凝土墙体一侧设有边缘构件,混凝土墙体另一侧设有水平凸出纵筋,混凝土墙体的两侧设有竖向凸出纵筋;所述边缘构件的两端设有钢梁连接件。施工方法为:将同一层的预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙吊装至指定位置;对水平连接区内进行捆扎箍筋和纵筋,得到下层剪力墙框架;吊装上一层的两块预制钢筋混凝土剪力墙;第四步、在竖向连接区内设置暗梁钢筋和暗梁纵筋;将上下相邻的钢梁连接件进行连接固定;并在暗柱纵筋之间设置纵筋连接器,在箍筋孔内穿插箍筋;搭设混凝土浇筑模板,混凝土浇筑、成型,得到本层墙体。本发明同时具有造价成本低、连接方便和良好的防火性能。
