The invention discloses a prefabricated reinforced concrete shear wall component and an assembly construction method.The shear wall component comprises a wall body and a reinforcing mesh pre-arranged in the wall body, the top face, the left side face and the right side face of the wall body are all planes, and a plurality of grooves are formed in the top face, the left side face and the right side face; the bottom surface of the wall main body is a single inclined surface or double inclined surfaces in an inverted herringbone shape, and a plurality of convex blocks are arranged on the inclined surfaces; vertical steel bars of the reinforcing mesh extend out of the top face and the bottom face of the wall body respectively, and transverse steel bars of the reinforcing mesh extend out of the left side face and the right side face of the wall body respectively. According to the construction method, the vertical steel bars are connected before cast-in-place, the positions of the vertical steel bars cannot be shifted due to concrete pouring, and therefore the vertical steel bars on the upper layer and the lower layer are easy to align. In addition, the vertical steel bars of the upper and lower layers of shear wall components are connected through the extrusion sleeves, stress is direct and reliable, and construction quality is easy to guarantee.
