The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative materials, and in particular, relates to a cloth-coated wallboard capable of insulating heat and dissipating noise. The cloth-coated wallboard comprises a substrate, fiber cloth attached to the side, near a wall, of the substrate, and decorative cloth attached to the side, away from the wall, of the substrate; adhesive pulp is coated on the side, near the substrate, of the fiber cloth; the adhesive pulp is ultraviolet curing resin glue, and contains glass hollow microspheres with an average particle size of 60-135 microns and hollow silicon dioxide microspheres with an average particle size of 5-30 microns; the fiber cloth is arranged on the side, near the wall, of the cloth-coated wallboard, and is matched with the adhesive pulp coated on the side, near the substrate, of the fiber cloth, so that a preferable adhesive effect is guaranteed; the large-particle-size glass hollow microspheres and the small-particle-size hollow silicon dioxide microspheres filled in the adhesive pulp achieve a better heat insulation effect; and in addition, the glass hollow microspheres and hollow silicon dioxide microspheres which have the different particle sizes can filter noise to achieve a silencing effect.
