Themotor wheel disc is sequentially in transmission connection with a glass front end lower pulley and a glass front end slider through a first transmission rope. The glass front end slider is sequentially in transmission connection with a glass front end upper pulley, a glass rear end lower pulley and a glass rear end slider through a second transmission rope. The glass rear end slider is sequentially in transmission connection with a glass rear end upper pulley and the motor wheel disc through a third transmission rope. The glass rear end upper pulley and the glass rear end lower pulley are variable-transmission-ratio pulleys with same transmission ratios. The glass front end slider and the glass rear end slider have the same angular speeds. The glass front end slider and the glass rear end slider can arrive at an upper end point and a lower end point at the same time, the sealing performance of lifting glass is improved, and the abnormal sound of the lifting glass is reduced.
