The distributing robot is provided with a box body for placing an article, and a state of a box body door is detected in an article distributing process of the distributing robot; if the box body door is detected to be opened, a box opening event can be recorded according to a verification condition of a box opening user and a state of the box body door, so that the state about whether this-time box opening is legal or not as well as box opening time can be at leastrecorded, and therefore, a clue can be determined according to the recorded box opening event while articles are lost or other problems occur if the box body is damaged maliciously or the box body door is opened illegally, and safety of distributed articles is guaranteed.
