The invention discloses a multi-cable-plane steel anchor beam factory assembly method, and belongs to the field of cable-stayed bridge construction. The method comprises the following steps: 1, independently prefabricating a molding bed and steel anchor beam units, and assembling the steel anchor beam units on the molding bed; and 2, sequentially assembling a first layer of steel anchor beams, a second layer of steel anchor beams and a third layer of steel anchor beams, connecting all the layers of anchor beams through matching pieces, and enabling the third layer of steel anchor beams servingas mother beams to participate in the next round of total assembly. The independently prefabricated steel anchor beam units are adopted, so that the factory manufacturing precision of the steel anchor beam can be guaranteed; during total assembly, the steel anchor beam units which are independently prefabricated are assembled, and the assembly positions of the steel anchor beam units can be finely adjusted, so the assembly precision of the steel anchor beam is guaranteed; the factory assembly adopts a 1 + 2 form alternate method for three-dimensional assembly, a layer of steel anchor beam isreserved for each round to serve as a mother beam for the next round of assembly, and the precision of each time of assembly can be effectively controlled.
