The invention discloses a grouting device for a large building foundation main structure. The grouting device comprises a bearing bottom plate, universal wheels are mounted on four corners of the bottom of the bearing bottom plate, a grouting bucket is mounted on the upper end of the bearing bottom plate, slurry pumping pumps are arranged on the two sides of the grouting bucket, one ends of the slurry pumping pumps are in seal connection with suction nozzles through slurry pumping pipes, the other ends of the slurry pumping pumps are in seal connection with the interior of the grouting bucketthrough slurry conveying pipes, a slurry injecting bin is arranged in the grouting bucket, a control rack is mounted on the top end of the grouting bucket, a servo motor is mounted on the control rack, the bottom end of the servo motor is rotatably connected with an extrusion plate through a screw, automatic slurry sucking and injecting can be achieved, through the slurry pumping pump, slurry canbe pumped into the grouting bucket, the servo motor is used for driving the extrusion plate on the screw to do linear vertical motion, automatic extruding slurry injecting is achieved, meanwhile, thread type connecting fixing is adopted on a slurry injecting fine pipe, and for gaps, slurry injecting pipes of different hole diameters can be conveniently replaced.
本发明公开了一种大型建筑地基主体结构用灌浆设备,包括承载底板,所述承载底板底部四个拐角处均安装有万向轮,且承载底板的上端安装有灌浆桶,所述灌浆桶的两侧均安装有抽浆泵,所述抽浆泵的一端通过抽浆管与吸嘴密封连接,所述抽浆泵的另一端通过输浆管与灌浆桶内部密封连接,所述灌浆桶内部设置有注浆仓,且灌浆桶的顶端安装有控制机架,所述控制机架上安装有伺服电机,且伺服电机的底端通过丝杠与挤压板转动连接。本发明通过可实现自动化吸浆和注浆,利用抽浆泵可将浆液抽入进灌浆桶内,再利用伺服电机驱动丝杠上的挤压板做线性垂直运动,实现自动化挤压注浆,同时对注浆细管处采用螺纹式连接固定,便于针对缝隙更换不同孔径大小的注浆管。
