Deep well pressure grouting process
The invention discloses a deep well pressure grouting process. The process comprises the following steps that earth resistivity of a construction site is subjected to measuring imaging; a fixed-pointposition of a grounding deep well is determined, and grouting deep well drilling is carried out; after hole forming, deep well grounding electrode mounting is carried out; a grouting machine is used for injecting calcined petroleum coke which is stirred well into a grounding deep well until the calcined petroleum coke flows out of a wellbore; the earth resistivity after grouting is subjected to measuring imaging, single well grounding resistance is subjected to measuring, and a first measuring result is obtained; if the process meets the acceptance specification, wellbore blockage of the grounding deep well is carried out; the grouting machine is used for carrying out pressure grouting on the stirred calcined petroleum coke until the pressure of a pressure meter of the grouting machine isup to the preset pressure value; the earth resistivity after pressure grouting is subjected to measuring imaging, the single well grounding resistance is subjected to measuring, and a second measuringresult is obtained; and if the acceptance specification is achieved, the grounding deep well is subjected to welding corrosion resistance. The grouting process can be suitable for pressure grouting of various complex geological environments.
本发明公开一种深井压力注浆工艺,该工艺包括步骤:对施工场地的土壤电阻率进行测量成像;确定接地深井的定点位置,进行接地深井钻孔;成孔后,进行深井接地极安装;用注浆机将搅拌好的煅烧石油焦炭注入接地深井,直至井口溢出煅烧石油焦炭;对注浆后的土壤电阻率进行测量成像和对单井接地电阻进行测量,得到第一测量结果;若符合验收规范,进行接地深井的井口封堵;用注浆机将搅拌好的煅烧石油焦炭进行压力注浆,直至注浆机的压力表的压力达到预设压力值;对压力注浆后的土壤电阻率进行测量成像和对单井接地电阻进行测量,得到第二测量结果;若符合验收规范,对接地深井进行焊接防腐。本发明能适用于各种复杂地质环境下的压力注浆。
