The invention discloses a movable bucket for a soil shoveling conveyor. The movable bucket structurally comprises a mounting head, a shovel bottom, side protection plates and a bucket, and the shovelbottom is mounted at the bottom of the bucket; the mounting head integrated with the bucket is arranged at the top of the bucket; and the two sides of the bucket are mechanically connected with the side protection plates. Compared with the prior art, the movable bucket has the beneficial effects that according to the bucket, a bucket bottom plate and a bucket body are detachably designed, the shovel bottom can achieve detachable mounting of the bottom plate through combining arranging of a supporting clamping column, a hydraulic cylinder, an air storage bag, a corrugated pipe, clamping balls,springs and the like, after the bottom plate is abraded and damaged, only the bottom plate needs to be replaced, the whole bucket does not need to be replaced, more labor is saved, waste is avoided, the maintenance cost is greatly reduced, the installation firmness of the bottom plate is high, and the soil shoveling stability of the bucket can be improved.
本发明公开了一种用于铲土运输机的活动式铲斗，其结构包括有安装头、铲底、侧护板、铲斗，铲斗的底部安装有铲底，铲斗的顶部设有与之为一体化的安装头，铲斗的两侧机械连接有侧护板，与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于：本发明的铲斗为铲斗底板与铲斗本体可拆卸设计，铲底通过支撑卡柱、液压缸、储气囊、波纹管、卡珠、弹簧等部件的结合设置，可实现底板的可拆卸安装，当底板磨损受损后，只要更换底板即可，无须将整个铲斗换掉，更为节省，避免浪费，大大降低维修成本，且底板的安装牢固性高，有助于提高铲斗铲土的稳固性。
