The bottoms of the oil storage chamber and the clearwater chamber are communicated through a communicating pore passage, an oil-water mixed liquid water inlet is formed in the side wall of the oil storage chamber, a clear water outlet is formed in theside wall of the clear water chamber, a confluence chamber is arranged on the clear water chamber, the upper end of the confluence chamber is open, a thin-wall weir is arranged along the open end, the thickness is smaller than that of the edge of the open end of the confluence chamber, and the top elevation of the thin-wall weir is greater than that of the clear water outlet.
