The invention discloses a long-distance pipeline conveying system intermediate pump station accident pool and a slurry discharging method, the accident pool comprises a pool bottom and a pool wall, and the pool bottom is provided with an inclined slope surface; a stirrer is installed above the accident pool, an impeller is arranged below the stirrer, the impeller extends into the accident pool and is close to the bottom end of the inclined slope surface, the impeller is driven by the stirrer to fully mix deposited ore in the accident pool and residual water in the pool, and a slurry pump is installed on one side of the bottom end of the inclined slope surface. The discharging device is used for discharging the mixed slurry out of the accident pool. The stirring device is directly arranged in the accident pool, slurry is pumped through the slurry pump, it is avoided that a loading machine is driven into the accident pool for ore pulp cleaning, the ore pulp cleaning cost is greatly reduced, then the conveying cost of a slurry pipeline is reduced, use of a high-pressure water gun is reduced, dilution water is additionally needed, and the working efficiency is improved. The production efficiency is improved; and the labor cost is reduced.
本发明公开一种长距离管道输送系统中间泵站事故池及排浆方法,事故池包括池底和池壁,池底上设置有倾斜坡面;事故池上方安装有搅拌器,搅拌器下方设置有叶轮,叶轮伸入到事故池内部并靠近倾斜坡面底端,叶轮在搅拌器的带动下对事故池内的沉淀积矿与池内的余水进行充分的混合,在倾斜坡面底端一侧安装有渣浆泵,用于将混合后的浆液排出事故池。本发明通过直接在事故池内设置搅拌装置,通过渣浆泵对浆体进行抽取,避免了将装载机开进事故池中进行矿浆清理,极大的降低了矿浆清理费用,进而降低了浆体管道的输送费用,并且减少了高压水枪的使用和额外需要稀释水,提高了生产效率和降低了人力成本。
