The invention discloses a pore type viscous damper. The pore type viscous damper comprises a cylinder barrel (4), seal end covers on the two ends of the cylinder barrel, pistons (6) in an inner cavity, and a piston rod (2) which is mounted in the cylinder barrel (4) and penetrating through the two seal end covers and the pistons (6), the pistons (6) with damping holes (60) divide the cylinder barrel (4) filled with damping liquid into a first cavity (10) and a second cavity (5), each piston (6) is formed by two piston pieces which are mounted adjacently, high-pressure oil pipes (7) connected with the damping holes (60) are formed in inner cavities of the pistons (6), the two ends of the high-pressure oil pipes (7) are connected with the corresponding damping holes (60) in the pistons (6) on the two sides of the high-pressure oil pipes, and therefore the length of the damping holes (6) can be prolonged. According to the damper, the high-pressure oil pipes are arranged to prolong the length of the damping holes, the damping force is effectively increased, the energy consumption efficiency of the damper can be improved, and due to a heat absorbing material, the fatigue-resisting property of the damper can be effectively improved.
