The invention discloses a building 3D printing wall. The printing wall comprises a 3D printing inner wall layer, a poured reinforced concrete layer and a 3D printing outer wall layer, no steel reinforcing ribs affecting moving of a printing head exist in the printing inner and outer wall layers of the 3D printing wall, concave and convex parts of upper and lower faces of adjacent printing layers are correspondingly engaged, therefore, it is ensured that in the printing process, moving of the printing head cannot be affected by steel reinforcing ribs, it is ensured that the printed wall is stable, meanwhile, the inner side face of the inner wall layer and the outer side face of the outer wall layer are smeared to be flat, on one hand, the printing layer density is improved, the inner wall layer and the outer wall layer of printing can be improved in firmness, and on the other hand, the subsequent leveling manpower cost and material cost can be saved.
一种建筑3D打印墙体,包括3D打印内墙层、浇筑钢筋混凝土层和3D打印外墙层,在3D打印墙体的打印内外墙层中无影响打印头移动的钢筋,相邻打印层上下面凹凸部对应相啮合,这样保证在打印过程中打印头移动不会受到钢筋的影响,保证打印后的墙体的稳定,同时内墙层内侧面和外墙层外侧面抹平整,这样一方面可以使打印层密实度提升,使打印的内墙层和外墙层牢固性提升,另一方面也节省了后续填平的人力成本和材料成本。
