The invention relates to a roof finishing material and a roof reconstruction method. The roof finishing material has a good application property and is capable of shortening the construction time. Inaddition, a rebuilt slate roof does not have a bad appearance after the roof finishing material and the roof reconstruction method are adopted. The roof finishing material is prepared by the followingsteps: dipping and painting asphalt on a glass fiber basic material; dispersing mineral sand on a surface to form an asphalt roof plate; forming a mixed layer made of an inorganic filling material and a resin material on two surfaces of the glass fiber basic material; and dispersing mineral sand on the surface to form a flameproof top plate. In a top view, the roof finishing material has a basically rectangular shape including an upper edge, a lower edge, a left edge, and a right edge; the length of the upper edge and the lower edge is 900 to 1200 mm, and the length of the left edge and the right edge is 420 to 540 mm.
本发明涉及屋顶整饰材料及屋顶改建方法。本发明提供能够缩短施工时间的施工性良好的屋顶整饰材料。另外，提供在改建已有的板岩屋顶的情况下没有发生外观不良的屋顶整饰材料和施工方法。屋顶整饰材料，是从将沥青浸渍涂覆于玻璃纤维基材并将矿物砂散布压接于表面而成的沥青屋顶板和在玻璃纤维基材的两面形成无机质填充材料和树脂材料的混合层并将矿物砂散布压接于表面而成的不燃屋顶板中选择的屋顶整饰材料，屋顶整饰材料在俯视时具有包括上边、下边、左边及右边的大致长方形的形状，上边及下边的长度为900～1200mm，左边及右边的长度为420～540mm。
