The present invention provides a finishing structure of a roof including a metal roof member which blocks a water leakage, firmly reinforces to prevent damage by an external force, and resolves a variety of damage caused by ductility and corrosion of metal. The finishing structure of a roof including a metal roof member comprises: a metal roof member coated with a functional layer having a gap and including at least one material selected among a polymer, metal, and ceramic; a first repair layer which covers the gap, includes a coating material, first mortar, and first water, and is coupled to a portion of the functional layer; a second repair layer which is formed on the first repair layer, and includes a waterproof agent and second water; and a third repair layer which is formed on the second repair layer, and consists of a waterproof sheet impregnated with a coating material, second mortar, and fourth water to be formed. The first to the third repair layer fill the gap and cover a portion of the functional layer.
누수를 차단하고, 외력에 의해 손상되지 않도록 견고하게 보강하며, 금속의 연성 및 부식성으로 인하여 일어나는 다양한 손상을 근본적으로 해결하는 금속지붕재로 이루어진 지붕의 마감구조를 제시한다. 그 구조는 틈새가 있으며, 고분자, 금속 또는 세라믹 중에 선택된 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는 기능층이 도포된 금속지붕재와, 틈새를 덮으며 코트재, 제1 모르타르 및 제1 물을 포함하고 기능층의 일부와 결합하는 제1 보수층과, 제1 보수층 상에 형성되며, 방수제 및 제2 물을 포함하는 제2 보수층 및 제2 보수층 상에 형성되며 코트재, 제2 모르타르 및 제4 물이 함침되어 형성된 방수시트로 이루어진 제3 보수층을 포함하고, 제1 내지 제3 보수층은 틈새를 충진하고 기능층의 일부는 덮는다.
