SPC stone-plastic floor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an SPC stone-plastic floor and a preparation method thereof. The SPC stone-plastic floor sequentially comprises a plastic balance layer, a stone-plastic base material layer, acolor film decoration layer, a PVC wear-resisting layer and a UV coating from bottom to top, lock catch grooves matched with each other are formed in the two sides of the stone-plastic base material layer, and raw materials of the stone-plastic base material layer are prepared from the following components including, by weight, 100 parts of PVC, 15 to 30 parts of CPE, 200 to 300 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 to 15 parts of an A4 molecular sieve, 8 to 10 parts of polyethylene wax, 1 to 3 parts of a silane surfactant, 3 to 5 parts of a phosphite ester type liquid barium-cadmium-zinc composite heat stabilizer and 0.5 to 1 part of butylated hydroxyanisole. According to the SPC stone-plastic floor, the PVC is modified through CPE, the stability of the PVC is improved through the phosphite ester type liquid barium-cadmium-zinc composite heat stabilizer and the butylated hydroxyanisole, and the CPE modification effect and the PVC stability are further improved through the A4 molecular sieve;and the SPC stone-plastic floor has good impact strength and dimensional stability, the dimensional shrinkage rate is smaller than 0.1%, and the SPC stone-plastic floor is not prone to deformation, warping and generating splicing open joints.
本发明公开了一种SPC石塑地板及其制备方法,本发明的SPC石塑地板自下向上依次包括塑胶平衡层、石塑基材层、彩膜装饰层、PVC耐磨层以及UV涂层;所述石塑基材层的两侧开有相配合的锁扣槽;所述石塑基材层的原料包括以下质量组份:PVC100份、CPE15‑30份、碳酸钙200‑300份、A4分子筛10‑15份、聚乙烯蜡8‑10份、硅烷类表面活性剂1‑3份、亚磷酸酯型液体钡镉锌复合热稳定剂3‑5份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.5‑1份。本发明的通过CPE改性PVC,通过亚磷酸酯型液体钡镉锌复合热稳定剂与丁基羟基茴香醚提高PVC稳定性,通过A4分子筛进一步提高CPE改性效果和PVC稳定性,本发明的SPC石塑地板具有良好的抗冲击强度和尺寸稳定性,尺寸收缩率小于1‰,不易变形、翘曲及产生拼接离缝。
