Stone plastic floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a stone-plastic floor and a preparation method thereof. The stone-plastic floor comprises a base material layer, a first printing layer arranged above the base material layer and an anti-slip layer arranged below the base material layer, in addition, a wear-resistant layer can be further arranged above the first printing layer. The base material layer mainly comprises plastic alloy and stone powder, the non-slip layer is composed of thermoplastic polyester elastomer, the first printing layer comprises polyethylene and/or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, and the wear-resistant layer is composed of polyethylene terephthalate. The preparation method of the stone-plastic floor comprises the following steps: mixing polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, stone powder and an auxiliary agent, granulating, extruding to prepare the base material layer, and co-extruding the base material layer and the non-slip layer; the first printing layer is attached to the base material layer, and the stone-plastic floor is manufactured; in addition, a wear-resistant layer can be further attached to the first printing layer.
本发明涉及一种石塑地板及其制备方法,其包含基材层、设置在基材层上方的第一印刷层以及设置在基材层下方的止滑层;此外,第一印刷层上方可进一步包含耐磨层。基材层主要包含塑胶合金和石粉,止滑层由热塑性聚酯弹性体组成,第一印刷层包含聚乙烯和/或乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,耐磨层由聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯组成。石塑地板的制备方法包含将聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、石粉和辅助剂混合后造粒,再挤出制成基材层,再与止滑层一起共挤出;接着贴合第一印刷层在基材层上制成石塑地板;此外,可在第一印刷层上进一步贴合耐磨层。
