The invention discloses a positioning and placing device of steel for bridging. The positioning and placing device comprises a base. Universal wheels are fixedly installed at the four corners of the bottom end of the base correspondingly. A supporting rod is fixed to one side of the top face of the base. The side faces and the bottom face of a bridge can be supported by side plates and a supporting plate correspondingly, the positioning and placing device can be fixedly connected with the bridge effectively, and therefore the positioning and placing device is prevented from rolling over when aheavy object is hoisted; by means of protection plates, when the steel needing to be carried falls off since steel ropes are not firm, the protection plates can effectively support the stele and prevent the steel from falling off; through the ingenious cooperation of vertical plates and the protection plates, the steel can be precisely placed on a steel block where the steel needs to be in butt joint, and the butt joint difficulty problem is effectively solved; and meanwhile, by means of a second control switch, workers on the bridge can control all transmission equipment through the second control switch, and therefore precision can be improved, and work efficiency can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种造桥用钢铁定位摆放装置,包括底座,底座底端四角处分别固定安装有万向轮,底座顶面一侧固定有支杆。本发明可以通过侧板和托板分别顶住桥梁侧面和底面,可以有效的把本装置与桥梁之间连接固定,进而防止本装置在吊运重物时发生侧翻,并且通过防护板的设置,当所需要搬运的钢铁由于钢绳不牢靠掉落时,防护板可以有效的托住钢铁防止钢铁掉落,而且通过竖板以及防护板之间的巧妙配合,可以把钢铁精准的放置到所需要对接的钢铁块上,进而有效的解决了对接困难的问题,同时由于第二控制开关的设置,桥梁上面的工作人员可以通过第二控制开关控制所有的传动设备,这样不仅可以提高精准度,也可以有效的提高工作效率。
