The invention discloses a multifunctional antiskid plate for firefighting. The plate structurally comprises two removing devices and an anti-skid panel, and the two removing devices are connected withthe left end and the right end of the anti-skid panel in a welded mode. Each removing device comprises a bottom plate, a pull belt, a lower supporting pulley, a sweeping brush head, a tensioning wheel, a brush elastic structure and a scraping and collecting structure. The bottom plate is welded at the bottom of the brush elastic structure; a user presses the brush elastic structure downwards to drive the lower supporting pulley to move downwards, the left end of the pull belt is pulled downwards to drive the sweeping brush head to rotate, meanwhile, a pressing air cylinder rebounds through anair pump, the pull belt is pulled back through a first spring, the pull belt is cleaned up through a cleaning head, and therefore soil and gravel on the foot sole of the user are brushed down throughthe sweeping brush head.
