Semi-automatic protective shed frame used during viaduct construction across railway and erecting method
The invention discloses a semi-automatic protective shed frame for viaduct construction across a railway and an erecting method. The shed frame comprises a half shed frame assembly. The half-range shed frame assembly comprises main stand columns, a half-width type profile steel ceiling and side nets, each main stand column comprises an inner sub-column, an outer sub-column and a top cover, and main sliding grooves are formed in the main stand columns. A main shaft of the half-width type section steel ceiling is matched in the two main sliding grooves in a sliding manner; the top cover is provided with a full-circle shaft hole; a trolley is arranged at the top end of the main stand column and internally provided with a gear ring. Each end of the main shaft is provided with a gear; a wedge-shaped cushion block is arranged on a top beam of the half-width type section steel ceiling; top hard rods of the side nets are rotatably connected with the main shaft, and bottom hard rods of the sidenets are provided with limiting convex beams; and the main stand column is provided with limiting blocks. The method is characterized in that installation of a side structure is completed while the half-width type section steel ceiling is lifted up, and the half-width type section steel ceiling is rotated through a trolley gear ring to abut against each other. According to the shed frame and theerecting method, a crane does not need to be used for hoisting the profile steel ceiling above the rail.
