The structure comprises three slurry guide pipes which are arranged on a prestressed pipeline and extend upwards to the upper surface of a beam body, and the three slurry guide pipes are all arranged in the beam body in advance, so that a string structure with the slurry guide pipes as supporting rods, the prestressed pipeline as an upper string and the beam body as a lower string is formed; according to the process, slurry is grouted from the top of a middle slurry guide pipe and flows from top to bottom, the middle of the prestressed pipeline is grouted, then grouting is conducted from the ends of the two sides of the prestressed pipeline respectively, and grouting is stopped until thick slurry flows out of the tops of the slurry guide pipes on the two sides. Grouting in the prestressed pipeline can be denser, the bearing capacity of the structure is improved, and the service life of the structure is prolonged.
