The first fixing ring is movably arranged in the supporting sleeve and movably arranged in the outer side of the first connecting rod in a sleeving mode. The outer wall of the first fixing ring is matched with the inner wall of the supporting sleeve through threads; a first raised line is arranged on the inner wall of the first fixing ring;a first groove is formed in the outer wall of the first connecting rod; the first raised line is meshed with the first groove; the first connecting rod is rotated to adjust the height of the first fixing ring; the first fixing ring is arranged above the supporting sleeve, a second fixing ring is arranged above the first fixing ring, a first sliding groove is formed in one side of the supporting sleeve, a first connecting plate is arranged on one side of the second fixing ring, the outer end of the first connecting plate is connected with the warning board, and therefore the height of the warning board can be conveniently adjusted, and the warning board can be conveniently replaced and maintained.
