The invention discloses an axis adjustment method of an automatic gate beam-grabbing device, and belongs to the technical field of lifting equipment. The axis adjustment method comprises the steps that S1, eccentric bushings with the same eccentricity amount are correspondingly installed in plate holes of two groups of lifting lug plates on a beam-grabbing body, so that the eccentric bushings rotate in the plate holes; S2, lifting shafts of crane pulleys penetrate through inner holes of the eccentric bushings and are installed and fixed; S3, the automatic beam-grabbing device is placed above agate slot and a deviation alpha between the center line of a lifting point and the gate slot axis is measured; and S4, according to the deviation alpha, the eccentric bushings on the two groups of lifting lug plates are rotated by a same angle to reverse directions, so that the center line of the lifting point where the lifting shafts are located is changed in the horizontal direction with the rotation of the eccentric bushings, and until an angle deviation between the beam-grabbing body and the gate slot is corrected, time is shortened and labor is saved, and the efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种闸门自动抓梁装置的轴线调整方法,属于吊装设备技术领域。包括S1、在抓梁体上的两组吊耳板的板孔内分别安装相同偏心量的偏心套,使偏心套可在板孔内转动;S2、将起吊滑轮上的吊轴穿过偏心套的内孔并安装固定;S3、将自动抓梁装置放置在门槽上方测量吊点中心线与门槽轴线之间存在的偏差α;S4、根据上述偏差α,将两组吊耳板上的偏心套分别往相反的方向转动相同角度,使吊轴所在的吊点中心线随着偏心套的转动在水平方向上发生改变,直至修正抓梁体与门槽之间的角度偏差。本发明通过在抓梁装置上设置成对的偏心套,来实现对吊装轴线的微调,修正自动抓梁装置与门槽之间的角度偏差,省时省力,提高效率。
