The invention relates to a triaxial cement mixing pile machine, in particular to a triaxial cement mixing pile machine construction pile position precise positioning device and a positioning method. The positioning device is provided with at least two laser transmitters for transmitting laser to an excavation face. Each laser transmitter is dismountable and is vertically arranged on the lower partsupport of the triaxial cement mixing pile machine. The laser transmitters are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction and can project a corresponding number of laser points to the excavation face; the distances between the laser points and drilling positions of three drilling shafts are equal to the horizontal distances between the laser transmitters and the three drilling shafts respectively; and two points determine a line segment, and the horizontal and vertical positions of the three drilling shafts which are arranged along one straight line are determined by more than two laser points. Driven by camera imaging, the triaxial cement mixing pile machine are displaced to enable the laser points to correspond with preset marked points and complete positioning. The structure reduces the distance between a plummet head and the excavation face, realizes precise positioning and solves the problems of difference of drilling positions and waste of time and manpower.
