The invention discloses an automatic positioning device and method for the pile position of a single-shaft cement stirring pile. The automatic positioning device comprises a telescopic positioning rod, a fixing assembly and an indicating rod. The two telescopic positioning rods are horizontally fixed to the two sides of the pile machine main beam and located on the same straight line. The vertical distance between a pile machine drill bit and a telescopic positioning rod fixing point is equal to the row spacing of the three rows of pile positions; the telescopic positioning rod is locked through a fixing assembly, and the length of the locked telescopic positioning rod is equal to the pile position distance; an indicating rod is fixed to the end of the telescopic positioning rod, faces the ground and is perpendicular to the positioning rod. The device is simple in combination and convenient to operate, and the production efficiency can be improved.
