Segmental open caisson formwork and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of open caisson formworks, in particular to a segmental open caisson formwork and a construction method thereof. Back braces are arranged on panels, and comprise transverse back braces and vertical back braces; the right and left sides of each panel are each provided with one vertical back brace, and the edges of the upper and lower sides of each vertical back brace are each provided with one transverse back brace; the middle parts of the vertical back braces are provided with two groups of transverse back braces, and arcing bases are installed on the vertical back braces between the two adjacently arranged transverse back braces of each group of transverse back braces; and rotating blocks are installed in grooves of the arcing bases, and the two arcing bases on each panel are connected with the two rotating blocks through arcing screw rods. According to the segmental caisson formwork, through design of the arcing bases and the rotating blocks, detachable connection between the arcing screw rods and the panels is achieved; the panels are subjected to arcing through the arcing screw rods, and formed in one time, so that the use requirements of a whole open caisson are met; the arcing bases are welded on the vertical back braces, and the panels are made of an aluminum alloy; the back braces are made of angle steel, and the welding process is not performed on the panels; and the influence of aluminum welding on the performance of the panels is avoided.
本发明涉及沉井模板技术领域,具体是一种节段式沉井模板及其施工方法,面板上设有背楞,背楞包括横向背楞和竖向背楞,每一面板左右两侧边各设有一竖向背楞,竖向背楞上下两侧边缘各设有一横向背楞,竖向背楞中部设有两组横向背楞,每组横向背楞的两相邻设置横向背楞间的竖向背楞上均安装有起弧基座,起弧基座的凹槽内安装有旋转块,每一面板上的两起弧基座及两旋转块通过起弧丝杆相连。本发明起弧基座和旋转块的设计,实现了起弧丝杆与面板的可拆卸连接;利用起弧丝杆对面板进行起弧,一次成型,满足整个沉井使用;起弧基座焊接于竖向背楞上,面板选用铝合金,背楞选用角钢,焊接过程不在面板上,可以避免铝材焊接影响其性能。
