Cast-in-place concrete construction method for pipe gallery section
The invention relates to a cast-in-place concrete construction method for a pipe gallery section. The cast-in-place concrete construction method includes the following steps that: (1) concrete cushionlayer construction is carried out at a foundation of an excavation foundation pit; (2) waterproof construction on a concrete cushion and a structure side wall is conducted; (3) bottom plates of the pipe gallery section and reinforcement frameworks of parts of a side wall template are strapped, the parts of a side wall template is installed, the bottom plates of the pipe gallery section and the parts of the side wall are obtained through pouring concrete; (4) the side wall reinforcement frameworks of the pipe gallery section are strapped, the side wall template is installed and is internally provided with a support, and a side wall of the pipe gallery section is installed through pouring the concrete; (5) a beam template and a roof template of the pipe gallery section are installed, reinforcement frameworks of a beam and a roof are strapped, a beam and roof combination is obtained of the pipe gallery section through pouring the concrete; and (6) waterproof construction on the roof of the pipe gallery section is carried out. According to the cast-in-place concrete construction method, through foundation construction in the foundation pit, a concrete cushion layer is obtained, waterproof construction on multiple positions of the pipe gallery section is conducted, and anti-deformation and waterproof resistance abilities of the pipe gallery section are improved.
本发明涉及一种管廊节段的现浇混凝土施工方法。包括以下步骤,(1)在开挖得到的基坑的基底进行混凝土垫层施工;(2)对混凝土垫层和结构侧墙进行防水施工;(3)绑扎管廊节段的底板及部分侧墙的钢筋骨架,安装部分侧墙模板,浇筑混凝土得到管廊节段的底板及部分侧墙;(4)绑扎管廊节段的侧墙钢筋骨架,安装侧墙模板并在侧墙模板内侧设置支架,浇筑混凝土得到管廊节段侧墙;(5)安装管廊节段的梁模板和顶板模板,绑扎梁和顶板的钢筋骨架,浇筑混凝土得到管廊节段的梁与顶板组合体;(6)对管廊节段的顶板进行防水施工。本发明通过在基坑的基底施工得到混凝土垫层以及对管廊节段进行多位置防水施工,提升了管廊节段的抗形变、防水能力。
