The invention discloses a waterproof structure and a construction method for an immersed tube tunnel concrete construction joint. The construction method comprises the following steps of: pouring a first-stage concrete part, and setting the joint fracture surface of the first-stage concrete part as a tongue-and-groove form; arranging first angle steel and a first anchoring reinforcing steel bar onthe upper part of the joint fracture surface of the first-stage concrete part, and arranging a grouting pipe, a water swelling strip, a middle embedding type galvanized steel plate water-stop belt and an anti-shearing reinforcing steel bar on the middle part of the joint fracture surface; after the first-stage concrete part is stably shrunk, pouring a second-stage concrete part; through pre-embedded angle steel, connecting the first-stage concrete part with the second-stage concrete part; and laying a high-polymer self-adhesive glue film waterproof coiled material on the top of the top plateof a tunnel. The waterproof structure has a good waterproof effect, can effectively bear the shearing force of a cold joint position under a high water pressure function, and avoids a water leakage situation of the structure due to a stress problem.
本发明公开了一种沉管隧道混凝土施工缝的防水构造及构造方法,包括以下步骤:浇筑一期混凝土部分,将一期混凝土部分的接头断面设置为企口形式;在一期混凝土部分的接头断面处的上部设置第一角钢和第一锚固钢筋,在中部设置注浆管、遇水膨胀止水条、中埋式镀锌钢板止水带和抗剪钢筋;待一期混凝土部分收缩稳定后,浇筑二期混凝土部分;通过预埋的角钢将一期混凝土部分与二期混凝土部分连接在一起;在隧道的顶板顶上铺设高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材。本发明防水效果好;能够有效的承担高水压力作用下冷缝位置的剪切力,避免结构因受力问题引起渗漏水情况的发生。
