The invention provides an antibacterial plastic floor tile and a manufacturing method thereof and relates to the technical field of architectural decoration. The antibacterial plastic floor tile comprises a plastic base board; a printing layer is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the plastic base board; an antibacterial coating is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the printinglayer; and a wear-resistant layer is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the antibacterial coating. Via the design of the antibacterial coating and the wear-resistant layer and the addition ofnano silica in the wear-resistant layer, the floor tile has certain antibacterial performance; and meanwhile, the antibacterial coating has the relatively strong sterilization effect, so growth of bacteria is difficult and the floor tile has the certain sterilization effect. In the manufacturing process, nontoxic materials are adopted to enhance safety and antiskid stripes are formed in the uppersurface of the wear-resistant layer so the antiskid effect is greater. The floor tile applies to a family with an elderly person or a baby or a venue of high visitor flow rate, can prevent people from skidding during walking and avoid loss of life or personal injury, and is safer in application.
