Leveling robot
The invention relates to the technical field of construction machinery, and discloses a leveling robot. The leveling robot comprises a chassis, a vision guidance system, a movement system and a grasping system, wherein the chassis can move on a construction surface. The vision guidance system is installed on the chassis to detect the position of a gap on the construction surface. The movement system is installed on the chassis. The grasping system is installed at a movement end of the movement system. The movement system can drive the grasping system to move so that the grasping system can grasp a leveler, and can move the leveler grasped by the grasping system to a gap according to the inspection result of the vision guidance system; and the grasping system can insert an inserting end ofthe grasped leveler into the gap to level the construction surface. The leveling robot provided by the invention can replace workers to perform the leveling work, improve the leveling efficiency and ensure the leveling quality.
本发明涉及建筑机械技术领域,公开一种找平机器人。所述找平机器人包括底盘、视觉引导系统、移动系统和抓取系统。其中,底盘能够在施工面上移动。视觉引导系统安装在底盘上,用于检测施工面上缝隙的位置。移动系统安装在底盘上。抓取系统安装在移动系统的移动端上。移动系统能够带动抓取系统移动使抓取系统抓取找平器,并能够根据视觉引导系统的检测结果将抓取系统抓取的找平器移动至缝隙处,抓取系统能够将抓取的找平器的插缝端插入缝隙,以找平施工面。本发明提供的找平机器人,可以代替人工进行找平工作,提高找平效率,保证找平质量。
Leveling robot
