The invention relates to the field of assembly type buildings, in particular to an assembly type building tensioning and reinforcing device. The assembly type building tensioning and reinforcing device comprises a bottom slide sleeve, parallel vertical rods, a countershaft, inclined connecting rods, a top slide sleeve, hinged rods, heightening plates, a top sheet, a hanger, a steel wire rope and ablocking head. The assembly type building tensioning and reinforcing device disclosed by the invention can perform tensioning reinforcing on an assembly type building wall body, improves stability ofthe wall body and avoids wall body shaking in the assembly type building; front and rear ends of the upper side of the bottom slide sleeve are fixedly connected to the parallel vertical rods which are parallel to each other, the two parallel vertical rods are arranged in a vertical direction, the top slide sleeve is in vertical sliding connection onto the two parallel vertical rods; front and rear sides of the bottom slide sleeve are in hinged connection to the inclined connecting rods; the countershaft is fixedly connected between the other ends of the two inclined connecting rods; the hinged rods are in hinged connection on the two inclined connecting rods; the other ends of the two hinged rods are separately in hinged connection to front and rear sides of the top slide sleeve; and leftand right ends of the upper side of the top slide sleeve are fixedly connected to the heightening plates.

本发明涉及装配式建筑领域，更具体的说是一种装配式建筑张拉加固装置，包括底滑套、平行竖杆、间轴、斜连杆、顶滑套、铰接杆、加高板、顶片、挂钩、钢丝绳和挡头，本发明可以对装配式建筑墙体进行张拉加固，提高墙体的稳定性，避免装配式建筑中的墙体晃动。所述底滑套上侧的前后两端均固定连接有平行竖杆，两个平行竖杆相互平行，两个平行竖杆均在竖直方向上设置，顶滑套竖向滑动连接在两个平行竖杆上，底滑套的前后两侧均铰接连接有斜连杆，两个斜连杆的另一端之间固定连接有间轴，两个斜连杆上均铰接连接有铰接杆，两个铰接杆的另一端分别铰接连接在顶滑套的前后两侧，顶滑套上侧的左右两端均固定连接有加高板。
