The invention relates to the technical field of smart homes, and discloses an intelligent window closer based on wind energy change recognition. The intelligent window closer comprises a wind power detector; a wind screw is movably connected to the lower part of the wind power detector; the outer side of the wind screw is movably connected with one end of a shaft rod; the other end of the shaft rod is movably connected with a mounting block; a connecting block is clamped at the inner side of the shaft rod; the outer side of the wind screw is movably connected with a driving screw; and the outer side of the connecting screw is in threaded connection with a moving block. According to the intelligent window closer based on wind energy change recognition, the shaft rod and the mounting block are movably installed at the two sides of the wind screw so that the wind screw is indirectly fixed; shaft rod is driven to move by the wind screw only when the wind power is strong; and only when themounting block is pushed to a movement top point thereof, the wind screw continues to rotate so as to push the driving screw, thereby realizing the subsequent all window closing operations, and preventing misinformation of the device when the wind power is not strong.
