Detection device and detection method for intelligent wind power window closer
The invention discloses a detection device and a detection method for an intelligent wind power window closer. The detection device comprises a central control unit, a frequency converter, a fan, an anemograph, a comparison circuit and a camera. By adopting the comparison and judgment of the comparison circuit, the working state and precision of the sensor of the wind power window closer can be accurately verified, and the intelligent detection level of the wind power window closer is improved. A camera is adopted for image algorithm analysis of window closing detection, and working state detection of cooperation of a transmission structure and sensing of the wind power window closing device is well completed. Meanwhile, a linkage design of combining a frequency converter with a wind valuesignal is adopted, so that the detection range of the system is greatly enlarged. Detection results are automatically pushed through logic judgment, intelligence and high efficiency are achieved, andmeanwhile the detection accuracy is greatly improved through implementation of double detection means (sensor parameters and the window closing state). The device is simple in structure, scientific and optimized in detection method, high in intelligent degree, convenient to operate and maintain and suitable for popularization and application.
