The hollow anchor rod includes a hollow rod body, an anchor head, a yielding sleeve and a supporting pad, the outer part of the rear part of the yielding sleeve is matched with the supporting pad, and is internally provided with internal sliding parts; the internal sliding parts are matched with the internal threads of the yielding sleeve in an extruded mode; the hollow rod body successively penetrates through the internal sliding parts and connected with the anchor head; and the hollow rod body is fixed with the internal sliding parts.
