The invention discloses a hole bottom energy-releasing pressure-yielding grouting anchor rod and a construction method thereof. The anchor rod comprises a rod body and a support pad plate, wherein thefront portion of the rod body is connected with a pressure-yielding anchor pipe device in a sleeved manner; the pressure-yielding anchor pipe device comprises a pressure-yielding sleeve with internalthreads, a braking nut arranged at the rear end of the pressure-yielding sleeve and an inner sliding part arranged inside the pressure-yielding sleeve, and the inner sliding part is in extrusion fitwith the internal threads of the pressure-yielding sleeve; and the front portion of the rod body is fixedly connected with the inner sliding part inside the pressure-yielding sleeve after penetratingthrough the braking nut, and the rear portion of the rod body is in coordination with the support pad plate through a locking nut. By means of the hole bottom energy-releasing pressure-yielding grouting anchor rod, anchoring can be performed rapidly to form supporting protection force, meanwhile, prestress can be formed to control initial deformation, and the hole bottom energy-releasing pressure-yielding grouting anchor rod has a pressure-yielding slip function, energy released from the formation is absorbed to improve the anchor rod safety, and the anchor rod durability is improved by a special grouting full-bonding functional design.
