Composite organic ceramic material, mobile phone backboard and preparation method
The invention provides a composite organic ceramic material, a mobile phone backboard and a preparation method. The composite organic ceramic material comprises a surface layer, a middle layer and a matrix layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, wherein the surface layer is a transparent resin layer, and the transparent resin layer is a thermosetting resin curing layer; the middlelayer is a fiber braid layer; and the matrix layer is an organic ceramic layer. Under the condition that the formed composite material has both the toughness and the hardness of an organic material,the fiber braid layer is positioned in the middle layer, so that the color pattern in the material has a three-dimensional layered physical feeling. When the material is used as a mobile phone backboard, the assembly and use requirements (including but not limited to strength, hardness, toughness, heat conduction, signal shielding and other index requirements) of a mobile phone rear shell can be met, the three-dimensional aesthetic feeling is improved, and the grade and the texture of a mobile phone can be improved.
本发明提供了一种复合有机陶瓷材料、手机背板及制备方法。该复合有机陶瓷材料包括:由上至下依次叠置的表层、中间层和基体层,表层为透明树脂层,透明树脂层为热固性树脂固化层;中间层为纤维编织层;基体层为有机陶瓷层。这样形成的复合材料在兼具了有机材料的韧性和硬度的情况下,因纤维编织层位于中间层而使得材料中色彩图案具有立体层次的实物感。将此材料用做手机背板,既能符合手机后壳装配和使用要求(具体包括但不仅限于强度、硬度、韧性、导热、信号屏蔽等指标要求),还提高了立体美感,有助于提高手机的档次和质感。

The invention provides a composite organic ceramic material, a mobile phone backboard and a preparation method.
