The system comprises a mobile terminal, a management platform and a vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises a TBOX, a vehicle controlsystem and information acquisition equipment; the mobile terminal is used for inputting vehicle control information and sending the vehicle control information to the management platform, and acquiring and displaying vehicle state information from the management platform; the management platform is used for transmitting the vehicle control information to the TBOX, acquiring the vehicle state information and driver information from the TBOX, and storing data streams passing through the management platform; the TBOX is used for transmitting the vehicle control information to the vehicle controlsystem, acquiring vehicle state information from the vehicle control system and acquiring the driver information from the information acquisition equipment; and the vehicle control system is used forcontrolling the vehicle according to the vehicle control information and acquiring vehicle state information all the time. The method is implemented on the basis of the system, and remote vehicle locking operation can be effectively realized on a stolen vehicle, so that burglary prevention is realized.
