The invention discloses a preparation method of a thermal insulation board for building exterior walls. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing modified polystyrene resin, an isocyanate rubber polymer, a foaming agent, a nucleating agent and 4-amino-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine in a plasticator at 150 DEG C, adding into a screw extruder to extrude a foamed sheet, and cooling and shaping to obtain the thermal insulation board. According to the invention, a large amount of carboxyl and amino are introduced into modified polystyrene resin chains; an isocyanate rubber polymer containing a large number of isocyanate groups is prepared; the isocyanate groups can react with carboxyl and amino; further, the modified polystyrene resin is cross-linked through the isocyanaterubber polymer; the modified polystyrene resin is modified to form a net structure, the strength of the modified polystyrene resin is improved, and meanwhile, the isocyanate rubber polymer has relatively high toughness and is inserted into the net structure, so that the toughness of the net structure after polymerization is improved, and the prepared foam board has relatively high strength and toughness.
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙用保温板材的制备方法,将改性聚苯乙烯树脂、异氰酸酯化橡胶聚合物、发泡剂、成核剂和4‑氨基‑2,2,6,6‑四甲基哌啶在150℃的塑练机中混炼,然后加入螺杆挤出机中挤出发泡片材,冷却定型后得到保温板。本发明通过在改性聚苯乙烯树脂链上引入有大量的羧基和氨基,并且制备含有大量异氰酸酯基团的异氰酸酯化橡胶聚合物,异氰酸酯基团能够与羧基和氨基反应,进而使得改性聚苯乙烯树脂之间通过异氰酸酯化橡胶聚合物交联,形成网状结构,不仅提高了改性聚苯乙烯树脂的强度,同时由于异氰酸酯化橡胶聚合物本身具有较高的韧性,穿插在网状结构中,提高了聚合后网状结构的韧性,进而使得制备的泡沫板具有较高的强度和韧性。
