The invention discloses a thermal insulation material for a building external wall. The thermal insulation material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of graphene oxide dispersion liquid, 45-55 parts of cement clinker, 15-20 parts of fly ash, 3-5 parts of nano silicon dioxide, 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent and 0.5-1 part of zinc oxide whiskers. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the thermal insulation material for the building external wall. Rich oxygen-containing functional groups are added on the surface of the graphene oxide, so that agglomeration is not easy to occur; in the step S2, a mixed solution is prepared from polyethylene glycol and glycerol, then the graphene oxide is dispersed twice through the mixed solution, so that the dispersity of the graphene oxide in the mixture is improved, agglomeration of the graphene oxide is further prevented, the prepared thermal insulation material can be endowed with intentional mechanical properties, and the corrosion resistance and the fire resistance of the thermal insulation material can also be enhanced.
本发明公开一种建筑外墙用保温材料,由如下重量份原料制成:10‑15份氧化石墨烯分散液,45‑55份水泥熟料,15‑20份粉煤灰,3‑5份纳米二氧化硅,2‑3份减水剂,0.5‑1份氧化锌晶须;本发明还公开了一种建筑外墙用保温材料的制备方法;氧化石墨烯表面增加了丰富的含氧官能团,不易发生团聚;步骤S2中将先通过聚乙二醇和丙三醇制备出一种混合液,之后通过该混合液对氧化石墨烯进行两次分散,提高氧化石墨烯在混合料中的分散度,进一步防止其自身产生团聚,进而能够赋予制成的保温材料有意的力学性能,而且也能够增强其耐腐蚀和防火性能。
