The invention discloses a decorative board and a preparation method thereof. The decorative board is prepared from the following raw materials comprising, by mass, 40-80 parts of hemp fiber, 15-45 parts of fire retardant and 5-15 parts of low-melting-point fiber. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, mixing 40-80 parts of hemp fiber, 15-45 parts of fire retardant and 5-15 parts of low-melting-point fiber and conducting fiber opening through an opening machine; and 2, combing the fiber into a net, conveying and spreading the net into the required thickness and shape, and feeding the net type fiber into needle machines through leather curtains to be woven into the decorative board. According to the decorative board, the net type transverse and longitudinal structure is changed through penetrating power of needle teeth of the three needle machines, so that the decorative board is solid, not prone to deformation, lighter in weight, rollable, lower in manufacturing costand convenient to transport. Combined with the moldproof, dampproof, bacteriostatic and other effects of the hemp fiber, the decorative board has the characteristics that the fire retardant is non-flammable and is more suitable for various types of decoration industries.
本发明公开了一种装饰板材及其制备方法，包括如下质量份数的制备原料：麻类纤维40‑80份，阻燃剂15‑45份，低熔点纤维5‑15份，其制备步骤如下：步骤1：将麻类纤维40‑80份，阻燃剂15‑45份，低熔点纤维5‑15份混合，通过开散机开散；步骤2：梳理成网状输送铺网成所需厚度规格和形状，由皮帘送入针刺机织成装饰板材。本发明通过三组针刺机针齿穿透力，改变网状横纵向结构，使其结实不易变形，质量变得更轻，可卷曲，造价更低，运输方便。结合麻类纤维防霉防潮抑菌等功效，又有阻燃剂不易着火的特点，更为适合各类装饰行业。
