The invention discloses a municipal road manhole sludge cleaner. The municipal road manhole sludge cleaner comprises a suction module, a water filtering module and a flushing module, wherein the waterfiltering module comprises a sludge tank and a plurality of water storage tanks which are arranged on the periphery of the sludge tank; the suction module is connected with the top of the sludge tank, and is used for sucking a mud-water mixture in a manhole; and the flushing module is connected with the bottoms of the water storage tanks, and is used for flushing water into the manhole. Accordingto the sludge cleaner, the mud-water mixture in the manhole is sucked firstly, and then subjected to water filtering treatment, so that the water content of the mud-water mixture is reduced, and loading and transportation are facilitated. Meanwhile, the manhole is flushed with filtered water in order to remove sludge adhering to a manhole wall or the manhole bottom with very excellent effect. Moreover, dredging treatment can be automatically performed on water filtering cylinders one by one without affecting the water filtering work, so that blockage of the water filtering cylinders is prevented, and the influence of the blockage on the water filtering effect is avoided. In addition, a stirring effect can be achieved to avoid the phenomenon of delamination of mud and water after standing,and keep an efficient water filtering function. Furthermore, only a single motor is needed to serve as a power source for dredging, so that the energy consumption of equipment is lowered effectively.
