The invention provides an intensive type reinforcing bar modular construction method for a thin-wall hollow pier, and relates to the technical field of bridge pier construction. The method comprises following steps: manufacturing a supporting formwork according to dimensions of stirrups for a thin-wall hollow pier body; binding main reinforcements and the stirrups on the supporting formwork to form reinforcing bar modules; hoisting the rebar modules in preset positions and connecting the reinforcing bar modules with embedded reinforcing bars of a thin-wall hollow pier bearing platform; bindinghorizontal reinforcing bars, and connecting and mounting the horizontal reinforcing bars to the reinforcing bar modules on the embedded reinforcing bars; mounting internal and external form boards; and pouring concrete. According to the method, the problems of small operating space, low mounting precision, high aloft work risk, high demand for personnel, long construction cycle and the like due to adoption of aloft on-site binding during mounting of the reinforcing bars of reinforcing bar intensive pier studs in the prior art are solved; and by arrangement of the special reinforcing bar module supporting formwork, multi-person simultaneous construction of multiple supporting formworks on site can be realized, construction speed is high, construction cycle is short, reinforcing bar bindingaccuracy is high, and installation is reliable.
本发明提出了一种薄壁空心墩密集型钢筋模块化施工工法,涉及桥墩建筑技术领域,包括以下步骤:根据薄壁空心墩墩身所用箍筋的尺寸制作支撑模架;于支撑模架上绑扎主筋和箍筋形成钢筋模块;吊装钢筋模块于预定位置并与薄壁空心墩承台的预埋钢筋连接;绑扎水平钢筋并连接安装于预埋钢筋上的各钢筋模块;安装内外模板;浇筑混凝土,解决现有技术中的钢筋密集型墩柱在进行钢筋的安装时采用高空现场绑扎存在操作空间小、安装精度低、高空作业风险大、人员需求多、施工周期长等问题,本发明通过设置专用钢筋模块支撑模架,现场可以多人、多支撑模架同时施工,施工速度快、施工周期短、钢筋绑扎精度高,安装可靠。
