The invention provides a dual-motor hybrid power system for a loader. The system comprises an engine, a torsion damper, a first motor, a hydraulic torque converter, a first motor controller, a batterypack, a vehicle control unit, a second motor controller, a second motor and a working hydraulic system. The output shaft of the engine is connected with the torsion damper. The torsion damper is connected with the first motor. The first motor is connected with the hydraulic torque converter. The first motor is connected with the first motor controller. The first motor controller is connected withthe battery pack. The engine is connected with the vehicle control unit. The battery pack and the vehicle control unit are respectively connected with the second motor controller. The second motor controller is connected with the second motor. The output shaft of the second motor is connected with the working hydraulic system. The vehicle control unit is electrically connected with the first motor controller and the battery pack. The engine can keep efficient operation in the optimal working range, energy is saved, emission is reduced and the service life of the motor is prolonged.
