The invention discloses a laying device for ground and wall floors and a using method. The device comprises a bearing assembly, adsorption parts, a plurality of roller shafts and tracks for driving the bearing assembly to move, wherein the adsorption parts and the roller shafts are arranged on the bearing assembly; when the laying device is used, the floors are paved on the adsorption parts of thebearing assembly firstly; then a conveyor belt rotates to drive the roller shafts to flatten the plane; the conveyor belt rotates to drive the adsorption parts to rotate above the ground, and the floors are flatly laid on the plane; and finally, the conveyor belt rotates to drive the roller shafts to extrude the floors.
